Prices and GST

All prices on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We take care to make sure prices and product details are correct. If we find an error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before we process it.

Product information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on different screens, and we may update specifications as we improve our products. If a detail matters to your purchase, please contact us before you order.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
