Buying guide

Each bundle pairs a power supply with the matching In-Car Battery Charger for the same battery brand. Use the Battery platform filter to see only the versions that fit your batteries.

Choose your bundle

  • Volt Step Down PRO + Auto Charger: 15A through an Anderson plug, a 12V socket and 65W USB-C. Best for a 12V fridge, or running several things at once.
  • Volt Step Down + Auto Charger: the 18V to 12V Power Supply, up to 10A through an Anderson plug with adjustable 5–13V. Best for lights, fans, pumps and lighter loads.

The Auto Charger plugs into your vehicle's 12V or 24V socket and charges 18–20V batteries at 2A while you drive.

More detail

Before you buy

  • Battery not included. Each version fits the 18–20V slide-on batteries of the brand in its name.
  • Don't use dual-battery adaptors, and never combine two batteries at different charge levels.

Makita, Milwaukee, DeWalt, Bosch, Ryobi, AEG, Ozito, Einhell, HiKOKI and Metabo are trade marks of their respective owners. These are aftermarket products, compatible with those batteries but not made, approved or endorsed by the battery brands.

Frequently asked questions

Which bundle should I choose?

For a 12V fridge, or several devices at once, choose the PRO bundle (15A, with a 12V socket and USB-C). For lights, fans and pumps, the standard bundle (up to 10A) is enough.

Do both items fit the same battery?

Yes. The power supply and the charger in each bundle are made for the same battery brand.

Can I buy the items separately?

Yes. Each is also sold on its own in our Volt Step Down PRO, 18V to 12V Power Supplies and In-Car Battery Chargers collections.

Are batteries included?

No. Both items run on or charge the 18–20V tool batteries you already own.

How much is delivery and where do you send?

We deliver anywhere in Australia. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the items in your order, and every delivery includes in-transit insurance. We send with Australia Post, FedEx or DHL depending on the size and weight of your order.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes. Choose Pickup In-Store at checkout and collect your order from our store at 14 Cessna Street, Marcoola, on the Sunshine Coast. It saves the shipping cost.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, for everything except awnings. International shipping is calculated at checkout, not including local import duties and taxes, which the receiver pays. For an overseas quote on an awning, email info@mrswagman.com.au or call +61 (0)7 5302 6954.

What's the warranty?

Every Mr Swagman product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, such as stitching or a seam coming apart, or a zip, buckle or pole failing in normal use. It starts on the day you receive the product, and it's in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes, within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us first. You pay the return freight, the original shipping cost isn't refunded, and a 5% restocking fee comes off your refund, which we process once the item is back with us and approved for resale. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, that's different: contact us and we'll sort it out under the Australian Consumer Law, with no restocking fee.

What should I do when my order arrives?

Check the box and the product for damage before you sign for it. If there's any damage, note it with the driver before signing, or refuse the delivery. Without that, we can't claim on the freight insurance.
