Frequently asked questions
How bright is the LED light?
It's a 16W light rated at 1800 lumens, with white (5600K) and orange (2000K) modes. Orange is a softer light for around camp, and the flashing orange modes work as a hazard warning.
Can they charge my phone?
Yes. The light and the fan both have USB-A and USB-C ports, so you can charge a phone while you use them.
How long will they run?
It depends on the battery size and, for the light, the mode you use. A bigger battery (higher Ah) runs longer. Low-voltage protection switches them off before the battery is run flat.
Will the fan fit in my swag?
Yes. It's a compact 100mm fan on a flexible neck, and it sits on the tool battery, so there's no cord to run in from outside.
Are batteries included?
No. Each version fits the 18–20V batteries of the brand in its name. Use the Battery platform filter to find yours.
How much is delivery and where do you send?
We deliver anywhere in Australia, and shipping is free on orders of $1,500 or more. Below that, it's calculated at checkout from your address and the items in your order. Every delivery includes in-transit insurance, and we send with Australia Post, FedEx or DHL depending on the size and weight of your order.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes. Choose Pickup In-Store at checkout and collect your order from our store at 14 Cessna Street, Marcoola, on the Sunshine Coast. It saves the shipping cost.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, for everything except awnings. International shipping is calculated at checkout, not including local import duties and taxes, which the receiver pays. For an overseas quote on an awning, email info@mrswagman.com.au or call +61 (0)7 5302 6954.
What's the warranty?
Every Mr Swagman product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, such as stitching or a seam coming apart, or a zip, buckle or pole failing in normal use. It starts on the day you receive the product, and it's in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us first. You pay the return freight, the original shipping cost isn't refunded, and a 5% restocking fee comes off your refund, which we process once the item is back with us and approved for resale. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, that's different: contact us and we'll sort it out under the Australian Consumer Law, with no restocking fee.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Check the box and the product for damage before you sign for it. If there's any damage, note it with the driver before signing, or refuse the delivery. Without that, we can't claim on the freight insurance.
